Wetalkie is a mobile app for efficient customer service management. It integrate various channels, such as WhatsApp and Telegram, allowing operators to receive and manage customer messages in a single chat, facilitating communication and optimizing service.
Initial
I worked on this project as a designer engineer, conducting requirements gathering, user research, and building wireframes with Figma, while fostering a smooth interaction with the client to develop a product that was enjoyable to use.
Next, I took on the responsibility of coding the entire application, using React Native and WebSockets. I worked on real-time integration, ensuring efficient communication between the frontend and backend.
